Your right to delete your data

You may at any time request deletion of your account and all associated data. We process deletion requests in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable standards.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

1. Open the بنك الدم - زوارة (Blood Bank) app on your device.
2. Go to Profile (person icon in the bottom bar).
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Read the notice and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Option 2: Request deletion via support

If you cannot access the app or use the in-app delete option, you may request account and data deletion by contacting us.

• Send an email to the support address below.
• Include the phone number linked to the account you wish to delete (for verification).
• We will review your request and process the deletion within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).

What gets deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed from our systems:

• Name, phone number, and account information
• Donor data (blood type, age, city, donation history, etc.)
• Message and conversation history
• Donation requests and notifications linked to the account
• Any other data associated with your account as described in our privacy policy
